| Where are you based?? |
We are an online toy shop based in North Wales. |
| How soon will I receive my order? |
Orders are normally sent out same day and usually takes between 1 - 3 working days. |
| What delivery service do you use? | We mainly use Parcel Force 48 Hour Track-able Service & Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. |
| What happens if I am not available to take the delivery? | The relevant Delivery Service will leave a card through your door asking you to contact them for next delivery or pick up from Post Office. |
| Why does it cost £7.99 to send Parcels. | The reason for this, is that we send most of the items in oversized boxes which are really well packed & sealed to prevent any damage to products. Especially any of the collectable items. |
| How will we know if our item has been posted / Shipped? |

| what happens if I have entered an incorrect address? | All addresses are checked on the Multimap and Royal Mail websites. If an error is found we will contact you via email or via Telephone if supplied. |
| When will my item set be sent??? | UK Mainland residents, your item/s will be sent the same day as purchased if ordered before 2pm. UK Offshore residents and Northern Ireland, orders will be sent next working day. |
| Can an item be sent to an alternative address?? | An item can be sent to an alternative address, providing the cardholder has confirmed the address with their credit card company. |
| Can i use Paypal? | Yes as long as the address is confirmed via paypal. If address is not confirmed, payment will be returned. |
